Your privacy, explained simply

This page explains what TuMicha Go collects and how we use it. We keep the language plain so you can make clear choices about your account data.

1. What we collect

Only what we need to run your account, bookings, and — if you allow it — improve our sites.

  • Account details Name, business name (if any), phone number, and email you provide when you sign up.
  • Bookings you create Ride and delivery details needed to match, track, and complete a trip.
  • Addresses you choose Pickup and drop-off places you select on the map or in search.
  • Security settings Optional Two-Factor Authentication preferences for your account.

2. How we use it

We use your information to make TuMicha Go work safely and reliably.

  • Sign you in and protect your account Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
  • Run rides and deliveries Match bookings with available drivers and show live tracking while a trip is active.
  • Support and operations Help resolve issues with your account or bookings inside TuMicha.

3. Privacy preferences

When you visit a TuMicha site, we may store or read a small amount of information on your device — usually in browser storage rather than classic cookies — so the product works as expected. Some of that is required. Optional insights only run if you allow them. Turning optional insights off can limit how well we understand and improve site journeys, but it does not block account use.

Needed for TuMicha Go to function: keeping you signed in, securing your session, remembering this privacy choice, and completing forms you submit. These cannot be switched off in our systems. You can block storage in your browser, but parts of the app may then stop working. This category is not used to build advertising profiles.

Functional extras

Limited today

Storage that remembers product preferences inside TuMicha Go (for example layout or UI choices where those exist). We do not currently rely on third-party widgets that inject their own functional cookies on these pages. If we add that later, we will describe it here.

Targeting & advertising

Not used

TuMicha does not run advertising-network targeting cookies or sell personal data to ad partners. You will not see a targeting toggle because that category is off by design.

Strictly necessary storage stays active so you can create an account and use TuMicha Go. We do not run optional performance or advertising trackers on these pages.

4. What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell your personal data Your account is not a product we resell.
  • No outside marketing lists We don’t put your account on marketing lists outside TuMicha operations.
  • No advertising-network retargeting We do not share account activity with advertising networks.

5. Your choices

  • Use TuMicha Go with account controls Sign in, manage your profile, and use the product features available to your account.
  • Browser controls You can clear site storage or block it in your browser settings. That may sign you out or reset preferences.
